Hi Everybody, it’s Susan Moss here, time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.  I am here at the Ultimate Women’s Expo at the LA Convention Center.  Our team has a booth set up here, and we were here working all day long yesterday, and expect to be here all day long again today.  As I looked around yesterday, I realized that 4 members of our team are all currently doing the Yoli Better Body Transformation Challenge, and thought about how great it was to have a team that not only I support, but that supports me in weight loss goals aswell.  So that brings me to todays tip of the day.  Get someone to join you in your journey towards a better body, get two, get three (which I hear after launch will also get you your free) and you too will have a team that not only you  support, but that supports you too. Your chances of success increase exponentially with a team behind you.

Hey Everyone, Susan Moss here, and it is time for Susan’s  Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.  You know drinking water is an important part of any system that is focused on achieving a better body.  And one of the biggest things I hear about from people is how hard it is to drink enough water.  So how do you make sure that you drink enough water, and how can you make it easier to do?    In order for you to make sure that you are drinking enough liquids, always carry a full 20 oz or more bottle with you.  Whether it is a KOR bottle or a YOLI bottle or any other type of bottle preferably sustainable, try and make it at least 20 ozs.  What I do is I take my KOR bottle,  and I fill it with, FUN, TRUTH, PASSION or water, and just keep drinking.  Every time I see that it is empty I fill it up again, and I do this all day long making sure that I do it at least 5 times a day.  Not only does this help you get enough water, but it also helps you stay full and content all day long!!  You will be surprised that by the end of the day, you probably will have consumed more water than you even needed to.

Hi Everyone, it’s Susan Moss here, and I wanted to make sure to hop on and post my latest Yoli Better Body System Transformation Tip of the Day.  You know I like to change things up a bit, when making a YES shake.  So today’s tip is how to make your own home made ice blended.  Take water, ice, YES shake, just a dash of milk and 1/2 a teaspoon of decaf freeze dried coffee, put it all in a blender, and you have you very own, good for you, home made Yoli YES ice blended. Vanilla Bean or Mocha, ENJOY!!

Hello everyone, Susan Moss here ready to bring you Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

This morning I got up and I went to a Yoga class, now that may not seem like anything to any of you, but I have actually never taken a real yoga class before, yoga just wasn’t for me.  Well a old friend of mine teaches yoga in the park right up the street from our house, and had invited me to come take the class several times on Facebook, and of course I said I was going to try, and somehow never made it there.  Then I ran into her after her class last week, and she said hey come on by on Sunday and take the class, and for some reason I agreed.  And you know what, I enjoyed the class, I really enjoyed the class, and I felt like I truly accomplished something by the end of the class.  I had decided to step out of my comfort zone, and try something new, and I followed through and did it.

So Susan’s Better Body Yoli Transformation Challenge tip of the day is:

Go out and do something new, something different.  Make up your mind, set a goal, and then just follow through.  The rewards that come back will astound you.

So I don’t know about all of you, but being a mom of 3 young daughters, a 6 ½ year old, and twin 3 year olds, having a job, and working my business I am always running around. Right now is no exception; I am on the way to taking the kids to ballet!

So today’s Susan’s Yoli Better Body System Transformation Tip of the Day is: make your protein in batches, so that when you are on the run, you can just grab and go.

Hi everyone, its Susan Moss, and its time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Tip of the day.

Today I decided that I should give you a practical tip that you can use on those days where you are eating a lot of veggies with your protein.  So I am going to teach you how to make cold gazpacho soup.  Gazpacho is great because it fills you up, and only gets better after a few days in the fridge.  And best of all you will be using only good low carb vegetables in making it.

So lets get started.  There are two ways to make gazpacho, today I am going to be showing you how to make it in the blender, which is almost a puree, that you can then add chopped veggie to later.  Keep in mind if you don’t have a blender you can make a similar version to this, but it will be a chunky style gazpacho instead.

Today we are going to be using 7 simple ingredients total.  ½ a yellow pepper, ½ an orange pepper, a quarter of an onion, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/3 cup red wine vinegar, tomato juice (or water if you prefer) and I use a box of fresh Italian tomatoes, where as you see on the box tomatoes are the only ingredient listed, or of course you can use fresh tomatoes as well.

Simply put all the ingredients in the blender.  If you are not using a vita-mix, make sure to start with the tomatoes and some liquid, and cut up your vegetables a bit finer so you don’t burn out your motor, and if it gets too think along the way, add more liquid.  Turn it on, and within a minute of two you have home made gazpacho.

Everyday for the rest of my 30 day transformation, I am going to be bringing you a tip to help you along your journey to YOUR Better Body.  Remember this is not just a weight loss program, and my tips are NOT limited to losing weight. They are about goals, self development, hints and tricks to make things easier and many other things.  So, check back here every day for my latest tip, and let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

Now for today’s Yoli Better Body Transformation tip of the day: Make sure that you take 20 minutes for yourself to go out and get moving.  It will help clear your head, listen to something positive, and focus on you.  Just watch how it will effect the rest of your day.

Network Marketing; Old School vs. New School, that is a question we have all been looking at lately. And as I realized my opinions on it I also then had to ask myself this:

Why does it sometimes take so long to get up a simple blog post? It isn’t that I don’t have things to write, but if I put them down here, I want to make sure that I give as much value as I can.

More than a year ago, I began learning how to network online.  I purchased the courses and learned to build a blog, and cover the social networking sites.   I thought I was going to be able to build a large organization using the internet and email, I wasn’t even going to have to talk to these people!! Guess what? That is just not how it works.

If you have been in this wonderful industry for any length of time, you have already come to realize that the computer and internet are great ADDITIONAL resources to help you follow up and stay in contact with people you are interacting with. It is NOT, an alternative to getting out and interacting with people. This is called Network Marketing, and if you are not ready to get out in the trenches and establish real life relationships, then you might as well just quit right now. So if it appears that my blog posts are less frequent you are probably right. But I am connecting with people in my community in the meantime. There is a balance. So what do think? I would love to hear your opinions, can it be done internet alone, or do you feel old school, combined with new school is the way to go?

So remember if you are looking to create real relationships, you have to go belly to belly when you can.  If you can’t do that, make sure that you are talking to these people on the phone.  Make that contact, make the connection.  We are always looking to connect, then if we become partners great, either way you have to make it personal.  Until next time, remember NEVER BLAST ALONE!!
