Hey everyone its Susan Moss here and it is time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

Today I want to ask you, have you taken your before pictures? I know, it is hard, and they look awful, and it really makes you think about where you currently are. But it is really an important part of your overall transformation and they need to be done. They show how you look, instead of depending on the numbers on the scale. And to be honest, as your transformation progresses it is a real blast to look at and see the changes as they happen.

You don’t need to show them to anyone, as a matter of fact, I didn’t show anyone mine until I had been on the Better Body System for over 10 days, but I am really glad I have them. I use them as a reference point to remind myself everyday, of how far I have come and what I am accomplishing.

So today’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the day is: If you haven’t already done so, go out and take some before pictures, do it today! I promise you will be happy that you did.

Hey Everyone it’s Susan Moss here, and it’s time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

So I have a question for you? What do you do every day to make sure you get in some time for self development?  Do you keep a book handy, that you can pull out and read a few pages when no one is around?  I mean if you have to keep it in the bathroom, you know you can get a few minutes in there. Do you keep CD’s in your car, so when you are driving you can pop one in and turn it on, during that commute or taking the kids back and forth from who knows where?  How about on your iPhone or Smartphone?  Do you have Audiobooks so when you have a few minutes you can turn it on and take a listen?  You see one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to make sure you keep growing as an individual and as a leader, and finding the time to read and listen more will help you get there.

So todays tip of the day is find time everyday to develop yourself.  Instead of saying you just don’t have time, take a few of my suggestions, and get yourself going.  You will be surprised how it ends up affecting everything in your life.

Hey Everyone, it’s Susan Moss here and it’s time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day. Are you someone who is hung up on the numbers? I know how easy to fall into that trap. How many pounds did I lose? What did I weigh today? What is my goal weight. But in Today’s Tip of the Day, I want to remind you that the Better Body System is not a weight loss program, It is a fat loss program. At the end of the day it is what you look like and how your cloths fit that really counts. So if you aren’t at the number you want to get at yet, don’t worry, it will happen, but in the meantime, take your measurements, look at how your cloths fit, and really pay attention to your body as a whole, because I can promise you on the Better Body System, you are gonna be looking and feeling great.

Hey everyone, Susan Moss here in bed bringing you another Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

The reason I am in bed, is because todays tip has to do with sleeping.  That’s right, sleeping.  You need to get enough sleep on a daily basis.  Sleep is essential to your body functioning properly, both on the outside and on the inside.  Sleep affects everything in your waking life, from trying to concentrate on a project to being able to go out and start moving.  This isn’t just about losing weight; this is about your life.  Without enough sleep it is harder to do everything.

Hi Everyone, its Susan Moss here and it’s time for another Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

A few weeks ago, I was listening to Brian Tracy while out on a walk, (always a good time to get in some self development) and he was saying that you need to visualize your goals.  He said, the more specific you can be, the better.  Really see every detail of what you want.   And so as I was listening to this, I started visualizing what I wanted to achieve by the Yoli Vision Leadership Conference, just 2 and a half weeks later.  And I pictured it, and I thought about it, a lot of the time. And I started working to put things in motion to make it happen.  Instead of doubing that I could do it, I believed it, and I saw it as clear as day.

And you know what?  It worked, I did it, I did make 5 star gold, and I did make it up on stage and I got to speak, and it helped me realize this is just the beginning, I can do anything, and so can you! And I want to help you get there.

Todays tip is about goals.  Make sure to set small daily goals for yourself, and that you celebrate and reward yourself for achieving them, of course make sure that those rewards don’t involve food) take a bath, go out for a walk, go see a movie,  do something good for yourself, and acknowledge your accomplishments both big and small, every goal achieved is a step towards your body body, your better health and your life.

Hey everyone it is Susan Moss here and it’s time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.

Today’s tip is plan out what  your protein and  lunches in advance.  Really give it some thought, and make sure that you have food you are going to enjoy, and that will keep you satisfied.  This helps guarantee that you mix it up, and don’t get bored or stuck feeling like you are dieting.

Have a mini omelet for your mid morning snack.  Have a piece of poached salmon or grill up a chicken thigh for your late afternoon snack.  Change it up, keep it interesting, and you will see how easy it really is to be on the Yoli Better Body Transoformation Challenge. I will be posting some other ideas and recipes in other posts and videos so always check back here.
